Mr Troy Green

Troy Green PSM is General Manager of Tweed Shire Council, leading a team of some 750 people who deliver over 52 services to more than 94,000 residents. Overseeing a budget of $276M and assets of $3.5B across three funds – General, Water and Wastewater.

Troy has 21 years Local Government experience in senior management roles across three Council’s being Marrickville, Liverpool and Tweed. His direct reports include the following portfolios: Engineering, Planning and Regulation, Sustainable Communities and Environment, Corporate Services, and Land and Economic Development. 

In addition to his passion for making the Tweed a great place to live, work and play, Troy enjoys spending time with his family, has a passion for history and loves time in the Australian Outback.
